Algae fuel process

 

 Algae fuel is now the best source for personal use in factories and restaurants. There are various options like Bio diesel, Bio oil base , but algae fuel is much better since it is recycling of wastes. These days, we don't see fresh water at all, so fresh water plants are very rare. But, the meagre source is a major source of fuel.

Algae fuel as waste:-

 Algae waste is one thing that can be favourable to bring energy. There are certain conditions that we can adhere to:-

 Algae should be from fresh water plants, especially in pond lily and lotus . Their bay should be broad and wide.

They are normally seen in huge avalanche of green layers. These leaves should be first processed to be dried out of moisture. Well, a good amount of nitric oxide can be used in the form of gas to process these leaves. After this, fetch these algae in a crushing blade to crush and extract oil from them. This is in a specific lipid content and it is eco-friendly.

 
Animal waste:-

My next is to use animal waste. A good amount of animal fat should be to bring fuel in the most simple method. Let us use ammonia along with chlorine called ammonium chloride to clear germs. This process can completely cleanse the impurities in these skin loads. These animal waste is from sheep skin , in large numbers, which can yield huge quantity of broth. other options can be goat skin too. once this can be thrashed in a thrashing machine , the disinfected. skin can produce broth in a lipid state

 Processing:-

Once both the lipids are extracted , put them to use by combining them. Pour them into two different tanks . when they are allowed to flow at uniform portion through an inlet pipe into a huge tank, it is a good mixture of both these lipids to form algae broth fuel, ready to be used to generate power .
